The one thing I have felt lacking in my studio was a large clean surface for cutting and pinning large pieces of fabric. Until today, when I looked at our bed in a new light. (The one room my boyfriend thought was safe from my ever expanding studio; no longer. And if he doesn’t see this blog post, he will never know). Pull up the mattress and I have a huge plywood platform, if somewhat close to the floor. I am feeling very accomplished today.
