Catching up on everything else I didn’t do last week, because I was sewing. Like brewing kombucha. My boyfriend got me a new scoby (starter culture) for Christmas to replace the one I left behind in our move. I just about drank all of it up last week trying to keep my energy up… and I doubt it will last me the two weeks until batch #2 is ready. This was my last Brooklyn batch, and quite possibly my favorite color.
Flavors: Passion fruit, White Peach, and Elder Flower.
If you drink kombucha, brew it at home. If you don’t drink it, start.
